Recent Activities

1. Participation in Development Fair - 2018 :

The Bangladesh Water Development Board, Jessore participated in the development fair organized at the Town Hall Maidan in Jessore City. Water Development Board occupies second place in the stall decoration category at that fair. In this fair, Bangladesh Air Force and Army forces occupy 1st and 3rd place respectively. 

 

2. Participation in Digital Innovation Fair - 2018 :

Bangladesh Water Development Board, Jessore, for the first time, participated in the Digital Innovation Fair - 2018. In the fair, a web base Android mobile apps, named as Bapaubo Jessore Batayen, were displayed.

 

3. Celebrated World Water Day - 2018 : 

World Water Day - 2018 is celebrated on 27/03/2008 under the title of Water for Nature. On this occasion, an elaborate rally was organized by the district administration and Bangladesh Water Development Board, Jessore. After the rally, discussions about the significance of the water day were held in the Deputy Commissioner's room.

 

4. Celebrated Bangla New Year - 1425 : 

The Bangla year anniversary was celebrated for the participation of all the families of Bangladesh Water Development Board, Jessore. Panta festival in the morning, the competition between small and large children, celebration of the first day of the year was colorful with the participation by families and families of all competitions.
